This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Literacy Manager based in the United States.

This is a strategic role focused on building AI fluency, confidence, and responsible adoption across a large global organization. You will lead enterprise-wide AI literacy programs that help employees understand foundational AI concepts and apply them effectively in their daily work. The role combines learning and development, change management, program leadership, communications, and hands-on AI enablement. You will partner with technology, product, communications, responsible AI, and functional learning teams to scale impactful education initiatives. From certification programs and learning campaigns to AI symposiums, hackathons, and digital learning events, you will create experiences that drive engagement and measurable adoption. This is an opportunity to shape how people work with AI while promoting thoughtful human judgment, responsible use, and meaningful business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide AI literacy programs designed to build foundational AI knowledge, practical fluency, responsible usage, and confidence among employees at all levels.
  • Plan and deliver large-scale AI education initiatives, with an initial focus on certification programs, social learning experiences, and other high-impact learning opportunities.
  • Partner with product, technology, communications, responsible AI, and learning teams to coordinate AI literacy initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise policies and responsible AI principles.
  • Develop change enablement strategies that support cultural transformation, organizational alignment, and sustainable AI adoption.
  • Work with business functions to identify role-specific opportunities for AI-enabled workflows and help teams integrate AI into processes to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.
  • Design and deliver tailored learning programs, training modules, educational content, and enablement materials for employees, leaders, and business partners.
  • Organize high-impact AI engagement events such as symposiums, digital learning days, hackathons, and other community-building experiences.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to develop campaigns, messaging, and marketing materials that increase awareness and participation in AI literacy initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder mapping, engagement, and inclusion activities to build alignment and ensure broad participation across the organization.
  • Create enterprise-ready content that communicates the value, opportunities, and responsible application of AI clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Establish and monitor metrics covering engagement, adoption, capability development, and business impact, using insights to continuously improve programs.
  • Report on AI literacy and go-to-market initiatives to relevant stakeholders and leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Apply generative AI tools thoughtfully to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and increase the quality and efficiency of work while maintaining independent judgment.
  • Identify emerging AI trends, opportunities, and risks and incorporate relevant developments into literacy and enablement strategies.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree plus 5 years of experience in AI, technology education, or go-to-market activities, or a Master’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale AI or technology transformation programs, ideally within complex, global, or Fortune 500 environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering successful learning, development, technology education, or go-to-market programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning experience design, enterprise learning ecosystems, role-based enablement, or function-led training models.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Lovable, or comparable platforms, with a strong understanding of responsible and effective AI usage.
  • Experience building Custom GPTs, workspace agents, workflow automations, or similar AI-enabled productivity solutions is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions, digital transformation, and emerging AI trends, particularly within life sciences or other complex regulated environments.
  • Excellent ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience creating executive-level communications, presentations, reporting, and stakeholder materials that inspire adoption and support decision-making.
  • Strong project and change management capabilities, with Agile, PMP, and/or Prosci certifications considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, build strong partnerships, manage competing priorities, and deliver complex initiatives against demanding timelines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while recognizing when collaboration, escalation, or additional input is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative, optimistic, and empathetic approach to AI adoption, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with a startup mindset within a large organization.
  • Background in AI, software development, IT delivery, product management, UX research, human-centered design, service design, or responsible AI is a plus.
  • Experience developing or deploying AI-enabled enablement tools such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, retrieval-based guidance systems, workflow copilots, or interactive learning solutions is advantageous.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $121,527.05–$164,418.95 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and other applicable considerations.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits for eligible employees and dependents.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Flexible spending account options.
  • Retirement and savings plan with generous employer contributions.
  • Discretionary annual bonus program.
  • Stock-based long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Award-winning paid time-off programs.
  • Flexible work models where applicable.
  • Career development and professional growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative environment focused on innovation, learning, and meaningful business impact.
  • Opportunity to shape enterprise-wide AI capabilities and influence how teams adopt emerging technologies.
  • Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals throughout the recruitment, interview, and employment process.
  • Sponsorship may be available depending on individual circumstances and is not guaranteed.
