The Partner Support Specialist is responsible for managing strategic partner relationships, coordinating solutions, and ensuring seamless communication between external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Serve as a dedicated relationship manager for key partners, delivering proactive and responsive support to create a premium partner experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll and business partners, handling requests, escalations, and ongoing relationship management.
- Partner with internal teams to develop, coordinate, and communicate solutions that address partner needs and improve satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner engagement, increase retention, and improve operational processes.
- Maintain and enhance partner support documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Monitor potential risks, blockers, and challenges, escalating issues appropriately to minimize business impact.
- Share progress, achievements, and insights with leadership to demonstrate impact and support continuous improvement.
- Use partner feedback and performance insights to recommend enhancements to services, workflows, and support strategies.
The ideal candidate brings experience in partnership management, customer-facing operations, and strategic problem-solving, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting strategic partnerships involving consumer-facing, web-based, or SaaS products.
- Proven ability to anticipate partner needs, proactively solve problems, and adapt to evolving business priorities.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing external stakeholders and partner escalations.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience using collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience facilitating meetings, conducting service reviews, and driving proactive partner engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce, and the ability to use data and performance metrics to identify trends.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of partner operations, service expectations, and processes within a technology-driven environment.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $70,000–$80,000 depending on location, skills, and experience.
