  • Use data, metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate implementation success and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex SaaS implementations, strong technical aptitude, and a customer-focused mindset. They are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where they must combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Extensive experience managing multiple complex implementation or onboarding projects within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including defining scope, managing stakeholders, tracking milestones, and delivering results against expectations.
  • Experience working with configurable SaaS platforms involving complex workflows, integrations, and multiple user groups.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand software architecture, system configuration, and customer technology environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and managing customer relationships through complex change initiatives.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze challenges, identify root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Experience improving processes, workflows, and operational practices to increase efficiency and customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to measure progress and outcomes.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a remote-first, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%) for strategic customer engagements.
