The Creative Design Lead will serve as a senior creative contributor responsible for developing marketing concepts, leading campaign design, and elevating brand expression across multiple product areas. This role requires strong creative judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead the creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns across digital products, subscriptions, and brand initiatives.
- Own design projects end-to-end, from initial concept development and creative strategy through production and delivery.
- Generate original ideas and explore multiple creative directions to develop engaging, high-impact campaigns.
- Create polished, on-brand visual assets using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Define and maintain a high creative quality bar across marketing materials and brand experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional partners to align creative solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives that communicate product value and user benefits.
- Develop reusable creative systems and processes that improve marketing efficiency and consistency.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to fellow designers while helping elevate team-wide design practices.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform creative decisions and measure impact.
The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing and brand designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver impactful campaigns. They combine strong visual craft with business awareness and thrive in environments requiring autonomy and collaboration.
- 9+ years of hands-on marketing, advertising, or brand design experience at a consumer-facing company or agency.
- Proven experience leading creative direction for marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, creative problem-solving, and a distinct visual point of view.
- Excellent understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative intuition and exceptional aesthetic judgment.
- Ability to independently scope projects, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience creating original concepts and evolving brand identities through innovative design approaches.
- Ability to clearly communicate design rationale through written and verbal presentations.
- Experience using research, insights, and performance data to guide creative decisions.
- Experience mentoring designers or contributing to design team development is a plus.
