We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Analyst to support complex digital health initiatives within a federal healthcare environment.
This role plays a key part in advancing strategic programs by combining analytical expertise, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
You will help manage a portfolio of initiatives by tracking performance, developing executive-level reporting, and translating data into actionable insights.
The position requires close collaboration with senior leaders, technical teams, and program stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical projects.
You will contribute to improving operational efficiency, strengthening program governance, and supporting innovative healthcare transformation efforts.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Program Analyst will provide strategic analytical and program management support across multiple initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, accurate reporting, and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Lead programmatic and analytical support activities across a portfolio of concurrent digital health initiatives.
  • Plan, facilitate, and manage meetings, including executive sessions and communities of practice, while overseeing agendas, documentation, and action-item follow-up.
  • Develop, review, and enhance executive presentations, briefing materials, reports, dashboards, and analytical products.
  • Conduct needs assessments, market research, and strategic analyses to support program planning and decision-making.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, resources, performance indicators, and risks while providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Create and manage monthly status reports, project dashboards, and completion reports highlighting progress, outcomes, resources, and impact.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support project management activities including resource planning, lifecycle cost assessments, business case development, and return on investment analysis.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance expectations, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Mentor junior analysts, review analytical work, and support continuous improvement of program processes.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders to maintain strong collaboration and communication.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and provide effective solutions in a dynamic program environment.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, program management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in complex government environments.

  • 8+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, business analysis, or related program support roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing analytical activities and reporting efforts across multiple concurrent projects or programs.
  • Experience supporting complex transformation initiatives within federal government environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to transform complex information into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders and presenting findings, recommendations, and program updates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required public trust clearance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex topics, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality results.
