Accountabilities:

This role requires a balance of digital marketing expertise, commercial judgment, and strong communication skills.

  • Manage inbound business opportunities by qualifying leads, conducting discovery conversations, and identifying organizations where strategic support can create meaningful impact.
  • Lead conversations with enterprise marketing teams to understand business objectives, digital maturity, challenges, priorities, and success criteria.
  • Develop data-driven growth strategies in collaboration with experts across SEO, paid media, analytics, and creative disciplines.

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract completion while ensuring strong alignment between client needs and available capabilities.

  • Maintain visibility into pipeline performance, conversion trends, deal progression, and revenue opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through industry content, events, professional communities, and strategic conversations.
  • Use AI tools to enhance research, analysis, strategy development, and overall business effectiveness.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and opportunity trends to support continuous improvement of business strategies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a digital marketing professional with strong strategic thinking, client-facing experience, and the ability to translate complex marketing concepts into clear business outcomes. This individual should be comfortable managing ambiguity, building relationships, and operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, consulting, client engagement, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of how SEO, paid media, analytics, and other digital channels work together to drive business performance.
  • Experience presenting strategies and recommendations to senior decision-makers, including VP and C-level audiences.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Experience managing complex conversations, building trust, and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights, metrics, and analysis to support recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and independently manage a business pipeline.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and navigating evolving situations.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve research, analysis, or strategic planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus experience with client growth, account expansion, digital agency environments, sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while supporting continental US hours.
  • Competitive full-time compensation package with salary and bonus structure.
  • Opportunity to work with leading brands and complex digital transformation challenges.
  • Collaborative culture focused on learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Access to AI-driven tools and initiatives that support smarter, more strategic work.
  • Professional growth opportunities through exposure to diverse industries, clients, and digital marketing disciplines.
