This role sits at the center of a fast-moving, high-growth hiring environment where you will drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and regions. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, shape sourcing strategies, and deliver strong pipelines of qualified talent. Operating in a multilingual and multicultural context, you will engage candidates across North America and Latin America while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience. The role combines strategic talent advisory, proactive sourcing, and hands-on execution in a data-driven recruiting environment. You will leverage modern recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled sourcing tools and ATS platforms, to improve speed and quality of hire. - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer, supporting high-volume hiring across multiple business areas and geographies.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates, develop pipelines, and conduct talent market mapping.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring priorities, and provide market intelligence and recruiting insights.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and consistent engagement throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within ATS platforms such as Workday, ensuring compliance with reporting and regulatory standards.
- Track recruiting metrics, analyze pipeline health, and adjust sourcing strategies based on performance and market feedback.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Strong experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate engagement and talent mapping.
- Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences or medical devices is an asset.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-driven sourcing technologies is a plus.
