This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to help shape high-performing teams within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across digital marketing and growth-focused functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent globally. You will play a key role in building scalable hiring strategies, strengthening employer branding, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. The position combines strategic recruiting, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making in a highly collaborative remote-first setting. You’ll work across multiple international markets while helping foster inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent communities. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination for digital marketing and related roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, referrals, social platforms, and outbound recruitment initiatives
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, cultural alignment, and long-term potential
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional interview process
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers regarding pipeline health, hiring challenges, market conditions, and recruitment progress
- Lead inclusive hiring practices and promote diversity-focused sourcing strategies across all recruitment activities
- Manage multiple active job requisitions simultaneously while maintaining efficiency, organization, and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Track and achieve recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and hiring quality metrics
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, industry developments, competitor activity, and evolving talent acquisition best practices
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or agency settings
- Proven experience recruiting for roles in SEO, Paid Media, Programmatic, Content, Creative, CRO, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or related marketing disciplines
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search techniques, outbound recruitment, networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies; familiarity with platforms such as Ashby or Juicebox is an advantage
- Demonstrated success recruiting across international markets including Canada, the US, the UK, and Mexico
- Strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices and talent acquisition best practices across diverse candidate populations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly results-oriented with the ability to work independently in remote environments
