- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage across technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using sourcing techniques such as outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple regions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pool
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Provide market insights and hiring intelligence to support decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes
- Support and enhance recruiting processes, tools, and best practices, including interview frameworks and evaluation methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring efforts with broader organizational goals
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to diversity and equity initiatives
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring
- Proven ability to recruit for roles in engineering, product, and design, with exposure to business functions such as sales or marketing
- Familiarity with modern technology stacks (e.g., PHP, JavaScript frameworks, Go, or similar)
- Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset
- Ability to work effectively in remote or distributed team environments
- Commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teams
- Competitive hourly rate aligned with experience (approx. $82–$89 USD/hour equivalent)
