Contract Recruiter

In this role, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruitment, helping to attract and secure top talent in areas such as engineering, product, and go-to-market functions. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. With a strong focus on sourcing and engagement, you will play a key role in building diverse and high-performing teams. Accountabilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage across technical and non-technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using sourcing techniques such as outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple regions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pool
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Provide market insights and hiring intelligence to support decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes
  • Support and enhance recruiting processes, tools, and best practices, including interview frameworks and evaluation methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring efforts with broader organizational goals
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to diversity and equity initiatives
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring
  • Proven ability to recruit for roles in engineering, product, and design, with exposure to business functions such as sales or marketing
  • Familiarity with modern technology stacks (e.g., PHP, JavaScript frameworks, Go, or similar)
  • Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in remote or distributed team environments
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teams
