This role is focused on delivering expert-level consulting across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management and Benefits within complex, global HR environments. You will work on end-to-end implementations, helping organizations design and optimize workforce time, absence, and benefits processes using SAP best practices. The position combines hands-on configuration with client-facing advisory work, including workshops, solution design, and requirement gathering. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery across project lifecycles. Working in a collaborative consulting environment, you will engage with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to system enhancements, release impacts, and post-go-live support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex HR technology challenges in a global, fast-paced setting.
- Lead and support full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, with a focus on Time Off, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules.
- Configure and optimize time management processes, including absence rules, accruals, holiday calendars, and time recording structures.
- Design and implement Time Tracking solutions, ensuring accurate attendance management and integration with payroll or external systems.
- Support Benefits configuration within Employee Central, aligning system setup with client HR policies and requirements.
- Facilitate client workshops, gathering requirements and translating them into functional SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
- Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful, on-time delivery of implementation projects.
- Support testing activities, data migration, and user acceptance testing to ensure system accuracy and readiness.
- Provide post-go-live support and contribute to system enhancements and ongoing managed services.
- Participate in solution design, pre-sales activities, and the development of implementation assets and best practices.
- 5–8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong focus on Employee Central.
- Minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations involving Time Management (Time Off and/or Time Tracking).
- Strong hands-on expertise in configuring Employee Central Time Management and Benefits modules.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with payroll systems or third-party timekeeping solutions.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, including absence management, workforce scheduling, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.
- Experience with system configuration, data migration, testing, and UAT support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing consulting abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in project teams.
- Nice to have: SAP certifications in Employee Central, Time Management, or Benefits; experience with global/multi-country implementations or Employee Central Payroll.
