Remote Outbound Call Center Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Remote Outbound Call Center Representative based in the United States.

The Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will connect with patients, provide guidance, and encourage participation in important preventive health programs.

Accountabilities:

The Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will engage with patients through proactive outreach, providing education and support while ensuring a positive experience throughout each interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to meet service and performance goals in a remote environment.

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls per shift to patients regarding preventive screening kits and participation.
  • Educate patients on the importance and benefits of preventive health screenings.
  • Explain how early detection can support the identification and prevention of serious health conditions.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand patient needs and encourage completion of screening activities.
  • Identify barriers preventing patients from completing required steps and help resolve concerns.
  • Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while achieving individual and team performance objectives.
  • Handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate patient concerns when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established processes for patient interactions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a reliable and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and has the ability to create positive connections over the phone.

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred.
  • Experience or strong interest in outbound call center, customer service, healthcare support, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to build rapport and conduct thoughtful, consultative conversations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Motivated by performance goals and able to work effectively in a results-driven environment.
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug screening.
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining productivity in a remote setting.
  • Dedicated home workspace free from distractions.
  • Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Ability to use a hard-wired ethernet connection for remote work.
