This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Precision Engagement Manager (US Sales): Southeast based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful engagement strategies that support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes within the oncology space.
You will combine data-driven insights, digital engagement, and commercial expertise to expand reach and strengthen relationships across a defined region.
Working closely with regional business teams, you will help identify opportunities, optimize engagement strategies, and support targeted healthcare provider interactions.
The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving healthcare environment.
You will leverage technology, data intelligence, and virtual engagement approaches to enhance field effectiveness and maximize impact.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Precision Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting regional commercial initiatives through virtual engagement, data analysis, and strategic collaboration with field teams. You will help identify opportunities, improve healthcare provider engagement, and enable more effective patient-focused strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting products through virtual engagement across an assigned geography, prioritizing interactions with targeted healthcare professionals.
  • Expanding outreach opportunities by engaging with healthcare providers who may not be covered through traditional field-based approaches.
  • Partnering with regional business leaders and oncology account teams to enhance field effectiveness through supplemental virtual interactions.
  • Analyzing multiple data sources to identify meaningful insights, generate leads, and support patient identification initiatives.
  • Filtering and interpreting large datasets to prioritize accounts and develop impactful engagement strategies.
  • Supporting regional teams by identifying opportunities, improving healthcare provider access, and addressing engagement gaps.
  • Contributing to regional segmentation, patient-following initiatives, and strategic planning activities.
  • Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining compliant and professional communication.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical healthcare professional with strong commercial experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, data-driven environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building virtual relationships, and transforming insights into meaningful actions. Required qualifications and preferred experience include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA, PharmD, NP, MS, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within oncology, healthcare triage, or direct oncology patient care.
  • Strong understanding of oncology healthcare environments, particularly lung cancer treatment pathways.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and use information to guide business decisions.
  • Experience managing data and insights through CRM systems, patient record databases, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using virtual engagement platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support engagement across different time zones.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement.
