What will you do?
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions within the ERP system.
- Monitor customer accounts, manage non-payments and delayed payments, and perform active collection activities.
- Issue invoices to clients and support intercompany transactions.
- Plan and execute payments, manage cash-related activities, and ensure proper accounting registration.
- Monitor and reconcile bank transactions and fees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support tax calculations and declarations (corporate, labor, VAT, etc.) within required deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
- Support the preparation of special financial reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization.
- Collaborate with the Administration and Finance Manager in researching and interpreting accounting and fiscal regulations.
- Prepare documentation for periodic audits.
- Support office management and administrative activities when required.
- Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Good knowledge of taxation rules and regulations.
- Understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Excellent applied knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English.

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing company or within a chartered accountant consultancy firm.
