This is a highly collaborative role in a purpose-driven environment focused on equity, sustainability, and community impact.
- Manage the end-to-end RFP and proposal lifecycle, including opportunity tracking, go/no-go decisions, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and final submission delivery.
- Support proposal development activities such as scoping, writing, editing, formatting, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality and compliant submissions.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from leadership, operations, finance, and program teams to build cohesive and competitive proposals.
- Maintain and improve CRM systems, reporting tools, and internal trackers to ensure accurate data visibility and strong operational hygiene.
- Oversee communication workflows, calendaring, and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accountability, and scalability of growth operations.
- Support client and partner relationships through structured communication, issue resolution, and operational coordination.
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth operations, account management, business operations, proposal management, or related client-facing operational roles.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong skills in proposal coordination, RFP management, or business development support functions.
- Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, and structured reporting processes with strong data hygiene practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across leadership, operations, and client teams.
- Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, build operational systems, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Comfort working in evolving, high-collaboration environments with shifting priorities.
- Interest in climate, energy, or social impact sectors is considered an asset.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000–$90,000 CAD.
- Fully remote work flexibility across Canada and select U.S. regions.
- Unlimited vacation policy to support work-life balance.
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
- Opportunity to contribute to equity-driven, community-focused programs with real-world impact.
- Collaborative, mission-driven work environment with strong cross-functional exposure.
- Flexible working culture aligned with PST/MST core hours for coordination.
