Revenue Operations Analyst

This role is ideal for a data-driven and strategically minded professional passionate about improving revenue performance through analytics and operational insight. You will work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions to build visibility into the full go-to-market funnel and support smarter business decisions. From pipeline health and retention analysis to executive reporting and forecasting support, your work will directly influence growth strategies and operational efficiency. The position offers a highly collaborative and remote-first environment where analytical thinking, business acumen, and curiosity are highly valued. You’ll have the opportunity to work with modern BI tools, SaaS metrics, and cross-functional stakeholders while contributing to scalable revenue operations processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks covering key SaaS performance metrics including ARR, bookings, pipeline, churn, retention, and customer expansion.
  • Analyze full-funnel go-to-market performance across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify trends, conversion opportunities, and operational risks.
  • Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, forecasting accuracy, and churn indicators to proactively surface areas requiring attention or intervention.
  • Support executive and board-level reporting through data analysis, performance summaries, and actionable business insights.
  • Conduct territory planning, capacity modeling, and strategic analyses to support revenue forecasting and operational decision-making.
  • Develop structured analyses to address business questions related to pipeline generation, conversion challenges, customer retention, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and optimize dashboards using BI platforms while supporting reporting workflows within Salesforce and related GTM systems.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues by collaborating with system owners and documenting reporting methodologies, metrics definitions, and operational standards.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, GTM Analytics, or a related analytical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics such as ARR, churn, retention, bookings, pipeline coverage, and sales funnel performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data modeling, formulas, reporting, and analytical workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard-building experience with the ability to support cross-functional reporting needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from CAD $75,000 to $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Fully remote work environment available across Canada and the United States.
  • Employer-matched retirement savings plans.
  • Flexible paid time off policies supporting work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health-related coverage and employee support programs.
  • Opportunity to work with innovative AI-powered products and modern analytics technologies.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on growth, innovation, and impact.
  • Inclusive and accessible hiring process with accommodation support available as needed.
