  • Ensure proper validation, testing, and compliance of technology solutions in regulated environments.
  • Lead or support ROI analysis, business case development, and post-implementation value tracking.
  • Oversee change management, training strategies, and long-term support planning for solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, support issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Represent solutions in audits, governance forums, and strategic planning discussions.
Requirements

This position requires strong experience in business systems ownership, technology enablement, and cross-functional stakeholder management, ideally within a clinical research or highly regulated environment. You should be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in clinical research or CRO environments supporting operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of clinical systems such as CTMS, EDC, or eTMF platforms.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise technology solutions, including implementation and lifecycle support.
  • Experience in business analysis, solution prioritization, and backlog management.
  • Strong background in ROI analysis, business case development, and value realization tracking.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed environments across multiple time zones.
  • Strong consulting mindset with ability to diagnose problems and define strategic solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfort working with validated systems and regulated compliance frameworks.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Health, dental, vision, and wellness coverage supporting physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid options.
  • Career development programs, training, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Participation in global projects and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven work culture.
  • Opportunities to influence enterprise strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
