- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic cruise line partnerships with a focus on revenue expansion and long-term relationship development.
- Analyze partner performance data, identify trends, and develop forecasting models to support strategic decision-making and growth opportunities.
- Build and present data-driven recommendations that help partners improve ancillary revenue performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure successful execution of partner initiatives and operational alignment.
- Identify opportunities to expand services, solutions, and engagement across additional business units within partner organizations.
- Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to enhance account planning, market research, and partner communication strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Support negotiations, partnership discussions, and consensus-building efforts to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and evolving customer needs within the travel and cruise technology ecosystem.
- Proven experience in account management, partner success, business development, or strategic client management roles.
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to grow accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience within the travel, hospitality, cruise, or travel technology industries is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Ability to manage strategic partnerships in fast-paced, matrixed, and high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and data-driven account planning approaches.
