  • Define, evolve, and maintain IAM strategy, standards, and roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Design and oversee the delivery of IAM solutions and integrations across cloud, on-premise, and SaaS environments.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for One Identity and Microsoft identity platforms, ensuring best-practice implementation.
  • Provide architectural guidance, governance, and design reviews across IAM-related initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Evaluate vendor solutions and ensure alignment with IAM and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Promote IAM best practices and adoption across technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in solution or technical architecture with a strong focus on IAM.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise IAM solutions in complex, multi-system environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with One Identity (Identity Manager).
  • Expertise in Microsoft identity technologies such as Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access concepts.
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions across cloud, on-premise, and SaaS platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of security architecture, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience producing architecture artifacts such as current/future state diagrams and technical standards.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF and/or Zachman frameworks; certification considered an asset.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $105,518.40 – $158,288.00, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, and related coverage depending on eligibility).
  • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale identity and security transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to modern IAM technologies including Microsoft Entra ID and One Identity.
  • Collaborative environment with strong cross-functional engagement across IT and security teams.
  • Flexibility and support for work-life balance depending on role requirements.
  • Professional development opportunities and support for architecture certifications.
  • Mission-driven organizational culture focused on impact, service, and community support.
