  • Identifying and leading process optimization initiatives, including automation, simplification, and efficiency improvements
  • Translating performance insights and frontline feedback into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Maintaining accurate, standardized process documentation including SOPs, controls, and process maps
  • Partnering with business, compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and change adoption
  • Leading governance forums, performance reviews, and continuous improvement discussions
Requirements:

This position requires extensive experience in process management, operations, or transformation within complex financial or regulated environments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with leadership influence and deep understanding of investment or advisory processes. Key qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience in process management, operations, or business transformation roles
  • Strong expertise in process design, optimization, governance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience working with retail investment or advisory processes is strongly preferred
  • Advanced ability in data-driven decision-making, KPI design, and performance analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities in enterprise environments
  • Strong collaboration mindset across cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, and operations
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range ($86,000 – $160,000 CAD) with performance-based incentives
  • Bonus and discretionary compensation opportunities depending on role type
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plans and financial wellbeing programs
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning support
  • Inclusive, flexible work environment with hybrid or remote arrangements depending on eligibility
  • Access to career development, coaching, and internal mobility opportunities
