Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager in Canada.

This is a high-impact operations role focused on building and scaling the systems, processes, and analytics that power revenue growth in a global SaaS environment. You will play a central role in optimizing the quote-to-cash lifecycle, improving data quality, and enabling better decision-making across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can bring structure to complex, fast-moving revenue operations. You will act as a key partner in ensuring CRM systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for an analytically driven operator who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning fragmented processes into clear, repeatable systems. You will have a direct impact on revenue visibility, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment in a global organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize CRM systems and revenue operations workflows, including configuration, automation, data governance, and integration with ERP platforms.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve scalable revenue operations processes to support global sales and finance functions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to improve quote-to-cash accuracy and pricing workflows.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to improve visibility into key revenue metrics.
  • Analyze operational data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate workflow performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in revenue data, forecasting inputs, and operational reporting across teams.
  • Support ongoing optimization of systems and processes to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or related analytical roles in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including workflow design, auditing, and optimization.
  • Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable, efficient process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting models, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of revenue operations concepts, with exposure to quote-to-cash processes and cross-functional workflows.
  • Experience working with finance or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and integrating data across platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bonus: familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks in Canada.
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility as part of the total compensation package.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and wellness coverage.
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements depending on team structure.
  • Opportunity to work in a global, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong focus on process ownership, autonomy, and operational impact.
  • Exposure to cross-functional strategic initiatives across revenue, finance, and product teams.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture that values diversity and continuous improvement.
