We are seeking a Business Systems leader to drive the strategy, optimization, and modernization of critical enterprise platforms within a fast-growing technology environment.
This role combines business systems ownership, product management, and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
You will partner with teams across manufacturing, operations, engineering, finance, and IT to design solutions that improve workflows and data connectivity.

The Manager, Business Systems will oversee enterprise applications, improve operational workflows, and lead initiatives that enhance systems interoperability and business performance.
- Serve as the Product Owner and systems owner for critical enterprise and manufacturing platforms.
- Lead business requirements gathering for new implementations, integrations, workflow redesigns, and systems improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external vendors to align systems strategy with organizational goals.
- Support and optimize integrations across ERP, CRM, finance, manufacturing, inventory, and operational platforms.
- Improve business workflows related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and operational data management.
- Translate business and operational requirements into actionable delivery plans and scalable technical solutions.
- Model and optimize future-state business processes and enterprise systems interoperability.
- Support enterprise systems modernization efforts, including platform redesign and data transformation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of systems initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong business systems expertise, enterprise application experience, and the ability to connect business strategy with technical execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, ERP systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Analysis roles.
- Experience working as a Business Systems Manager, Product Owner, Senior Business Systems Analyst, or Enterprise Applications leader.
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes across finance, manufacturing, operations, and systems integrations.
- Experience supporting workflows involving accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and operational systems.
- Proven ability to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise modernization, data integration, or large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
- Preferred experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or similar enterprise tools.
- Preferred background in aerospace, satellite, defense, advanced manufacturing, or other complex engineering environments.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $128,445 - $167,497, with additional bonus, equity, and compensation opportunities.
