The Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner will play a critical role in advancing leadership capability, employee development, and organizational growth.
This position will design and deliver impactful learning experiences that strengthen performance, engagement, and career progression across the organization.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering closely with leaders, HR teams, and internal stakeholders.

The Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving organizational development initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness, employee growth, and business performance.
- Lead the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of leadership development and career development programs.
- Own and facilitate leadership academies, leadership cohorts, emerging leader initiatives, and career path development programs.
- Develop manager and professional development experiences that strengthen leadership capabilities and employee growth.
- Create scalable learning frameworks, development solutions, and organizational effectiveness strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with leaders and teams to support organizational development, team effectiveness, engagement initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, team effectiveness sessions, and professional development experiences using effective adult learning principles.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders and stakeholders by providing guidance on employee development, performance conversations, and leadership practices.
- Support talent review, succession planning, engagement action planning, and other organizational effectiveness processes.
- Manage organizational effectiveness projects from planning through execution, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, resources, communications, and deliverables.
- Evaluate program impact through feedback, engagement data, and learning insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external providers to deliver high-quality learning and development solutions.
- Adapt programs and priorities based on evolving business needs and workforce requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational development, leadership development, and learning strategy, along with strong consulting and facilitation capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, leadership development, learning and development, talent development, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs and team-based learning experiences.
- Strong facilitation, consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful organizational solutions.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and scalable learning program design.
- Preferred experience with leadership assessment tools such as DiSC, CliftonStrengths, MBTI, Hogan, Insights Discovery, or similar methodologies.
- Preferred master’s degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience supporting culture initiatives, employee engagement programs, and talent development strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, talent platforms, and employee engagement tools is preferred.
- Ability to travel periodically and work flexible hours when required.
