This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales - Enterprise, West based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale an enterprise sales organization within a high-growth technology environment.
The position is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, building a strong sales culture, and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives.
You will shape sales strategy, improve operational rigor, and create predictable growth across a strategic geographic territory.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who thrives in complex B2B environments and enjoys building teams from the ground up.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen go-to-market execution and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Accountabilities:

The Regional Vice President of Sales will own enterprise sales performance across the West region, leading strategic initiatives, developing sales talent, and ensuring strong execution against revenue objectives. This role requires a combination of leadership, operational discipline, market expertise, and the ability to drive alignment across teams.

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers and expanding existing strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing sales organization by recruiting top talent, developing career growth paths, and fostering a culture of accountability and success.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Drive pipeline generation, territory planning, sales processes, and forecasting accuracy to ensure predictable revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to continuously improve sales approaches and positioning.
  • Partner with channel, alliance, and reseller teams to expand market reach and generate additional business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Sales Enablement, and other internal teams to support regional priorities and improve customer outcomes.
  • Act as a customer advocate by sharing market feedback and influencing product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Own regional revenue targets and establish performance metrics, reporting rhythms, and operational standards.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision-making processes across the sales organization.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales leader with a strong record of building successful teams, exceeding revenue targets, and managing complex B2B technology sales cycles. They should combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership and strong operational capabilities.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven success leading enterprise sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue goals and quotas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams across large territories.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software buying processes and complex customer decision-making cycles.
  • Experience selling technology solutions to organizations across multiple industries, particularly enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with companies generating less than approximately $2.5B in revenue and their purchasing environments.
  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and technology alliances to expand sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to make informed decisions based on data and market insights.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-growth environment.
