This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager - Product Partner Operations based in the United States.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to build and scale the operational foundations behind critical financial products and strategic partnerships.
The Senior Manager - Product Partner Operations will lead teams responsible for creating efficient systems, processes, and collaboration frameworks that enable product growth.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, compliance, operations, and external partners to improve how complex initiatives are delivered.
The role combines people leadership, operational strategy, process optimization, and cross-functional influence within a fast-growing fintech environment.
You will help establish scalable operating models that strengthen partnerships, reduce friction, and support reliable customer experiences.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Manager - Product Partner Operations will lead operational strategy and team execution, ensuring product partnerships are supported by scalable processes, strong collaboration, and effective systems.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Operations Specialists through clear expectations, feedback, mentorship, and career development support.
  • Build and improve operational frameworks that enable successful management of current and future product partnerships.
  • Establish scalable processes, documentation standards, and knowledge management systems that improve efficiency and reduce operational dependencies.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving communication workflows, partner coordination, and organizational alignment.
  • Lead change management initiatives, supporting teams through new processes, tools, and operating models during periods of growth.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Customer Support, and external partners to resolve complex operational challenges.
  • Develop and track performance metrics that measure operational health, partner experience, and team effectiveness.
  • Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives.
  • Champion scalable tools and workflows that improve visibility, documentation accuracy, and access to partnership information.
  • Advocate for the value of Product Partner Operations by building alignment among stakeholders and promoting effective collaboration.
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy for product partnership ecosystems and operational scalability.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve how teams work together.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in fintech, financial services, or similarly complex environments, combined with proven people management and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • 7+ years of experience leading operational programs within fintech, financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
  • 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, business leaders, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Experience designing operational systems, workflows, and processes that scale effectively over time.
  • Strong change management experience with the ability to align stakeholders across competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong belief in documentation as a strategic business tool.
  • Ability to analyze complex organizational challenges and introduce practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, balancing long-term strategy with urgent operational needs.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining focus and execution quality.
  • Experience leveraging tools, automation, and process improvements to increase team efficiency.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong commitment to operational quality, continuous improvement, and long-term scalability.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Target base salary range:
    • $182,500 - $228,100 USD for employees located in major US markets such as New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.
    • $164,300 - $205,300 USD for employees located in other US locations.
