Leasing Agent – The Reserve at Thunderbird (Fast-Paced, High-Performing Community) in North Phoenix, Arizona at Celtic Property Management LLC

Are you someone who knows how to close leases, build relationships, and keep things moving? We’re looking for a driven, professional Leasing Agent who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Tour prospects and confidently present the community
• Respond to leads quickly and professionally (calls, emails, walk-ins)
• Drive occupancy through strong sales and follow-up
• Process applications, leases, and move-in documentation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
• Support resident retention and renewals
• Conduct daily property walks and maintain curb appeal
• Work closely with maintenance and management to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong closing skills and a sense of urgency
• Professional, polished communication
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Knowledge of Fair Housing (preferred)
• Bilingual a huge plus
• Experience with Yardi or similar systems (preferred)
• Someone who shows up, takes ownership, and gets results
