Under the supervision of the Business Manager, this position is responsible for all phases of the operation of an apartment community, including, but not limited to general administration and maintenance. Directs and controls all personnel and resources to ensure the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation according to OPTIM Real Estate Services standards and specific property owner directives.
