Founded by student and community activists in 1967 and incorporated as a nonprofit in 1969, CPLC is committed to empowering individuals through health & human services, housing, education, and economic development.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?As a Leasing Professional, you will play a critical role in creating welcoming communities by connecting prospective residents with quality, affordable housing. You will manage all rental inquiries using company-approved sales techniques and materials while maintaining a minimum closing ratio of 70% or higher.
You will support the Community Manager in day-to-day leasing operations, property marketing efforts, and on-the-job training initiatives—ensuring the property runs smoothly and residents receive exceptional service from first contact through move-in.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:
- Knowledge in affordable housing program including HUD Section 8 and LIHTC Programs required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Driver’s License required with reliable auto insurance
