Assistant Property Manager in Phoenix, Arizona at Chicanos Por La Causa

Provides on-site support assistance to Commercial Property Manager in all areas of rental activity, office functions and resident relations. May be assigned direct line supervisory responsibility for specific tasks at the discretion of the Commercial Property Manager.

1. Education /Background: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
