HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
As a Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a senior housing site, ensuring a safe, stable, and well-maintained living environment for senior residents. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to establish systems, guide site operations, and ensure organizational direction is met.

You will oversee residential leasing, support financial management and budgeting, assist with capital replacement planning, coordinate vendor services, and ensure building operations run smoothly. A key part of your role will be maintaining strong tenant relations with senior residents, ensuring their needs are met with care, responsiveness, and respect, while also managing contracts and compliance requirements.

You are a strong, experienced property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident taking ownership at the site level. You are organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service. You communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal leadership, and you bring strong judgment, accountability, and problem-solving skills to daily operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
  1. Education /Background:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); work experience in lieu of education
  • Prior property manager experience or assistant manager experience
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
  • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Employee will be expected to participate in continuous learning, competency building and maintenance of competency skills.
