Summary of Job Purpose:
Manages all phases of operation of an apartment community including, but not limited to, its general administration and maintenance. Directs and controls all personnel and resources to ensure the community is always maintained in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. Has complete and full responsibility for the property’s profit and loss. Performs work of subordinates as needed, however this does not eliminate the necessity to perform the responsibilities of this position which should occupy most of the the employees’ work time.
