The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 32 hours per week
• Monday to Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• No experience necessary! 1 year of experience is as a Dental Administrator/Receptionist is considered an asset
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
