The team at Dental Studio Bramalea located in Brampton, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a part-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are a welcoming and diverse dental clinic conveniently located next to the Brampton Civic Hospital, offering free parking for both staff and patients.

Our clinic takes pride in fostering a positive work environment and serving a wonderful, loyal patient community. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team.

SCHEDULE:

• 20-24 hours per week
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday's
• Start date: June 1, 2026
• 12-18 months term

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Abel dent is considered an asset
• Must require experience with managing accounts receivable, processing payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Appointment Scheduling
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments and inquiries
