Duties include but not limited to:

Candidate must have excellent phone and customer service skills.Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask and work efficiently.Data entry of patient information.Scheduling and confirming appointments.Billing and processing OHIP and insurance.Front desk/clerical duties which include filing, scanning, and faxing.Recalling patients to book exams, balancing payments and closing the day.
