• Welcome and assist patients with a friendly, positive attitude.

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.

• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.

• Verify insurance information and process payments.

• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.

• Handle administrative tasks and maintain an organized front desk.

• Previous dental reception or medical office experience is preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with dental practice management software is an asset.

• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
