SCHEDULE:

• 27 hours per week
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (as required -Tuesdays Admin Day, Fridays till 2pm)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Recall Coordinator (keeping the schedule full - using carecru)
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
