The team at Dental Studio located in Brampton ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 38-40 hours per week
• 5 Days of the week
• Monday 11am-7pm, Tuesday 9:30am-6pm, Wednesday-11:00-7pm( off if Saturday working), Thursday- 9:30 am-6pm, Friday-11 am-7pm, Saturday-8:30am-4pm( Minimum 2 Saturday)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1.5 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
