In this role, you’ll be a key part of the patient experience and the day-to-day flow of the clinic. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

• 35 hours per week

• 2–3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist (required)
• Experience with dental software such as Abeldent is an asset
• Strong communication skills with patients and families
• A customer service–focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
