This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in recruitment and talent consulting.

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates aligned with client hiring needs across various industries.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, internal databases, and strategic sourcing methods.
  • Create personalized outreach campaigns and candidate engagement messaging that reflect a professional and authentic recruitment approach.
  • Support recruitment operations by managing ATS workflows, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate processes.
  • Participate in interview preparation, candidate coaching, reference checks, and background verification activities.
  • Assist in developing compelling candidate presentation materials that highlight both technical qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior recruitment consultants on executive search projects, client meetings, and strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Help optimize recruitment systems, automate workflows, maintain data integrity, and contribute to reporting and salary benchmarking efforts.
  • Support workshop preparation, project coordination, and administrative activities related to new search engagements.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, talent sourcing, research, or a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Strong research and sourcing capabilities, with experience using LinkedIn, recruitment tools, or digital platforms to identify talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging candidate summaries and outreach messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and agility to transition between research-heavy tasks, operational coordination, and candidate-facing interactions.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, AI tools, and workflow automation systems.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Interest in long-term career growth within recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package ranging from CAD $45,000 to $60,000 annually.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Mentorship and career development opportunities with experienced recruitment professionals.
  • Exposure to diverse industries and executive-level recruitment projects.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise across the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and accessibility.
