This role is focused on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that directly address complex client business needs across multiple industries.
You will act as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into well-structured, maintainable Salesforce configurations.
The position combines hands-on platform configuration with client-facing consulting, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic goals and operational realities.
You will work across multiple concurrent engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment, contributing to full lifecycle implementations.
The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution from design through go-live.

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs, including user stories, data models, and system configurations.
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as flows, objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Leverage deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to optimize business processes and recommend best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support QA and UAT cycles, manage defect resolution, and ensure smooth go-live readiness.
- Design integrations and collaborate with developers on system extensions and middleware-based solutions.
- Lead client workshops, solution presentations, and requirement clarification sessions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and design gaps, escalating when necessary to ensure project success.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and Salesforce release readiness activities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software development lifecycle roles, including at least 5+ years on the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification required.
- Strong experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in consulting, SOW-based environments.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes, with exposure to additional Salesforce clouds as a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, low-code automation, and declarative development.
- Experience designing integrations using middleware tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, or Dell Boomi.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and deliver high-quality solutions under tight timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
