This role is a high-performance, revenue-driven customer engagement position focused on reactivating previously funded business clients and converting them into new funding opportunities.
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound sales environment where persistence, precision, and speed directly impact results.
The position blends consultative selling with structured CRM execution, requiring strong discipline in pipeline management and real-time data accuracy.
You will engage with business owners to understand their needs, present tailored financial solutions, and drive renewal opportunities.
Success in this role is measured by conversion efficiency, activity volume, and revenue performance against ambitious targets.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for re-engaging former clients and converting paid-in-full accounts into new funding opportunities through high-volume outreach and consultative engagement. You will manage a fast-moving pipeline while ensuring accurate CRM execution and disciplined follow-up across all assigned leads.

  • Re-engage previously funded clients and drive renewal and reactivation opportunities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling using an auto-dialer system
  • Deliver consultative conversations with business owners to assess needs and present solutions
  • Maintain real-time accuracy and discipline in Salesforce CRM updates and pipeline management
  • Achieve and exceed daily activity metrics including calls, talk time, and multi-channel outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Underwriting, Processing, and Accounting
  • Analyze personal performance data to continuously optimize conversion rates
  • Mentor and support junior representatives in achieving performance targets
  • Participate in testing and feedback cycles for new sales technologies and tools
Requirements

This role requires a resilient and highly competitive sales professional with experience in fast-paced, transactional environments. You are comfortable working under strict performance metrics and thrive in high-volume outreach settings where persistence and adaptability are key to success.

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume, short-cycle sales or customer engagement roles (regulated industry experience preferred)
  • Strong CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred) with daily deal and pipeline management
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed activity and revenue-based KPIs
  • Comfortable working in high-call-volume environments with auto-dialer systems
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to handle objections effectively
  • Highly metric-driven mindset with strong analytical and self-coaching abilities
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to remain resilient and persistent in the face of rejection
  • Experience reviewing financial documents and discussing funding-related details is an asset
  • Leadership mindset with ability to support and mentor peers
