You will act as a key connector between creators, internal teams, and product operations, ensuring smooth communication flows, high-quality execution, and measurable business impact. The role blends account management, analytics, and cross-functional coordination, requiring both operational discipline and strong interpersonal skills. You will help shape creator-driven growth strategies, improve content performance, and enhance monetization efficiency across multiple markets. This position also involves working with internal tools and analytics systems to centralize insights and improve decision-making. - Build and optimize account management workflows to improve communication efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance performance tracking across creators and agencies.
- Gather and analyze creator and market insights, translating feedback and trends into actionable recommendations for product and business improvements.
- Monitor creator content quality, engagement standards, and overall platform performance to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Drive creator-led promotion strategies to improve traffic performance and increase monetization opportunities across social channels.
- Oversee the execution and quality of weekly promotional activities, ensuring consistency in content delivery and campaign performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to Creator Cabinet development, integrating internal tools into daily workflows and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Consolidate creator analytics across multiple systems into unified reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor payout processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational reliability.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in account management, operations, or partnership management within digital platforms or creator-driven ecosystems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and strong analytical skills for reporting and performance tracking.
- Experience working with financial and operational systems such as 1C, invoicing workflows, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Superset or similar).
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects using tools such as Slack, Jira, or internal workflow systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on empathy, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or fast-changing situations.
- Adaptability to work across diverse cultures, markets, and operational environments.
- Experience leveraging AI or digital tools to improve workflows and performance is a strong plus.
