Job Description
The Forward Deployed Process Analyst works directly with clinical, operational, and IDT teams to understand workflows, identify process issues, and define practical improvements that support business goals and user experience. This field-facing role focuses on workflow redesign, process improvement, user adoption, and technology-enabled operational change across platforms such as Skypoint, NextGen, Salesforce, and other approved enterprise systems.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Observes, documents, and analyzes clinical and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, duplicate work, and process variation
- Defines future-state workflows and operational improvements that simplify work, improve efficiency, and support organizational goals leveraging data analytics, system integration, and AI
- Translates operational needs into clear workflows, requirements, user stories, and reporting needs for technology solutions
- Partners with the Forward Deployed Application Developer to design, test, refine, and improve platform-based solutions across Salesforce CRM, NextGen EHR, and Skypoint AI Agent platform.
- Leads workflow validation, user feedback, testing, and post-launch optimization activities
- Supports training, communication, adoption, and change management for new workflows and technology solutions
- Collaborates across clinical, operational, and technology teams to clarify business definitions, reporting requirements, and data needs
- Helps measure workflow improvements, operational outcomes, user adoption, and reduction in manual effort
- Maintains documentation of workflows, requirements, process changes, and operational decisions
- Frequent local travel
- Performs other duties as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATION
- 4–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, workflow redesign, process improvement, business analysis, project management, and technology-enabled operational improvement initiatives; experience in Lean, or Six Sigma a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and ability to simplify complex processes into practical solutions
- Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with frontline staff, managers, executives, technology teams
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear business and workflow requirements
- Comfortable working with technology-enabled process improvement and enterprise applications
- Basic understanding of data, reporting, workflows, and user-facing systems
- Experience with system implementations, workflow redesign, user testing, or change management preferred
- Goal oriented, self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Healthcare, payer/provider, PACE, senior care, value-based care, or HIPAA experience preferred
- Covid vaccinated preferred
Salary range: 85K to 110k
