Our mission is to make reproductive health more accessible and equitable through transparent pricing, innovative technology, and comprehensive patient education. We believe that everyone—regardless of background, language, or identity—should feel informed, empowered, and supported on their fertility journey.

This position reports to the Revenue Cycle Lead and works closely with patient financial coordinators, practice leadership, clinical staff, and insurance payers.

  • Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documentation.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify recurring denial trends.

Revenue Cycle Analytics
  • Monitor key performance indicators including days in AR, denial rates, first-pass claim acceptance, payer turnaround times, and collection yield.
  • Develop reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve reimbursement performance.
  • Identify payer-specific trends and escalation opportunities.
Claims & Payer Strategy
  • Manage claims through the full reimbursement lifecycle.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on payer policies, reimbursement issues, and claim resolution.
  • Partner with leadership to address systemic payer challenges and optimize reimbursement processes.
Process Improvement
  • Recommend and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and collections.
  • Assist with development of SOPs and staff training.
  • Support ongoing scaling and optimization of Terra's revenue cycle operations.
