- Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate and manage portfolio risk in alignment with defined risk appetite and lending strategy
- Analyze pricing, credit performance, and profitability trends, and deliver insights and reporting to senior leadership
- Assess the impact of new credit, pricing, and underwriting strategies on portfolio performance and expected outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate performance models, recommending adjustments to policies and analytical frameworks as needed
- Support the design and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving portfolio growth and risk-adjusted returns
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in lending performance
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate new data sources to strengthen underwriting and analytics capabilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Underwriting, Sales, and leadership, to implement strategic recommendations
- 5+ years of experience in an analytically driven role such as finance, consulting, data analytics, or risk strategy
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- Experience with risk management, credit analysis, or pricing strategy in a lending or financial services context is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Python for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with statistical and analytical methods such as regression analysis, decision trees, and A/B testing
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical findings to real-world portfolio and financial outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis to senior stakeholders clearly and confidently
- Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive to deliver high-quality outputs
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships across multiple teams and levels of seniority
