- Provide strategic advisory input on business decisions, emerging risks, and changes in lending strategies or operational models
- Lead and mentor audit teams, support performance management, and contribute to capability building across the audit function
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk priorities, audit outcomes, and remediation efforts
- 7+ years of experience in audit, risk management, or commercial/corporate lending environments, with strong front-line credit and lending expertise

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial and operational risks
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting audit findings to senior executives and governance bodies
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring auditors or leading cross-functional audit initiatives
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize multiple engagements, and operate effectively in a highly regulated environment
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Retirement savings plans with employer contributions (e.g., RRSP/401K equivalents depending on location)
- Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements, including remote eligibility in Canada
- Paid parental leave and family-support benefits
- Professional development support, including certification reimbursement and training programs
- Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on growth, learning, and leadership development
