This role is focused on delivering high-quality investment guidance and client service within a fast-paced wealth management environment. You will support customers and prospects by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored investment solutions aligned with their needs. The position combines sales, advisory, and service responsibilities, requiring strong knowledge of investment products and market trends. You will engage with clients through inbound and outbound interactions, helping them make informed financial decisions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks. The role requires a strong balance of customer focus, analytical thinking, and disciplined adherence to financial regulations. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships while working in a structured, performance-driven investment environment.
- Provide investment-related advice, sales, and service to clients and prospects based on their financial goals and risk profiles.
- Engage in proactive outreach and inbound support to identify opportunities to enhance client investment portfolios.
- Assess customer needs through structured conversations and recommend suitable wealth and investment products.
- Process transactions, documentation, and service requests accurately in compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Achieve sales and service targets while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and quality standards.
- Stay informed on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements to support informed client interactions.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Identify and report suspicious or non-compliant activity in line with AML and regulatory obligations.
- 2–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or investment-related client-facing roles.
- Post-secondary education in finance, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Completion or willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and required regulatory licensing exams.
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are considered an asset.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions effectively.
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
