We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support key financial operations and reporting activities within a dynamic and growing technology-driven environment. • Manage the end-to-end procurement-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including revenue tracking, reporting, and weekly financial operations.
• Oversee employee expense reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows and payment timelines.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts related to product revenues and operational expenses to support financial planning initiatives.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with established accounting standards.
• Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities, supporting reporting accuracy and deadlines.
• Assist finance leadership with special projects, business analyses, and process improvement initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Progress toward a CPA designation is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in operational finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles.
• Experience within software, technology, telecommunications, or similar industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial and business systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
