We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support key financial operations and reporting activities within a dynamic and growing technology-driven environment. - Manage the end-to-end procurement-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support accounts receivable activities, including revenue tracking, reporting, and weekly financial operations.
- Oversee employee expense reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows and payment timelines.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts related to product revenues and operational expenses to support financial planning initiatives.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with established accounting standards.
- Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities, supporting reporting accuracy and deadlines.
- Assist finance leadership with special projects, business analyses, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Progress toward a CPA designation is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in operational finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles.
- Experience within software, technology, telecommunications, or similar industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial and business systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
