This is a high-ownership role where your decisions will directly influence product growth and customer success at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to support successful product launches and adoption strategies

  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas and ensure alignment across teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer pain points and continuously improve user experience
  • Contribute to broader organizational goals beyond immediate product scope when needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex software environments
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact products and driving measurable customer value
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing end-to-end product lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and strategic roadmaps
  • Experience conducting customer discovery, market research, and product validation
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to define and track product success metrics
  • Collaborative approach with experience influencing without formal authority
  • Passion for customer-centric product development and improving user experiences through technology
  • Exposure to golf industry or club management software is a plus but not required

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary around $140K–$150K CAD (Ontario-based benchmark)
  • Fully remote work flexibility within Canada
  • Equity participation giving employees ownership in the company
  • Flexible paid time off policy
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and wellness benefits
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Annual wellness allowance and mental health support services
  • Volunteer day and employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong career development opportunities in a global, high-growth environment
