- Own a core product area from discovery and strategy through delivery, optimization, and long-term evolution.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
- Identify high-impact opportunities and translate complex workflows, customer insights, and data into clear product direction.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to develop innovative, high-quality product experiences.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and guide continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning, adoption, and value realization.
- Drive prioritization decisions and navigate ambiguity while making informed trade-offs in enterprise environments.
- Maintain a strong focus on usability, product quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Significant experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with end-to-end ownership of major product initiatives or product areas.
- Strong product management expertise with the ability to identify meaningful problems and prioritize impactful solutions.
- Proven experience translating customer feedback, data analysis, and business requirements into actionable product strategies.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in evolving and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Passion for creating products that deliver long-term customer value and drive engagement.
- Experience with enterprise software environments and sophisticated business workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or data-intensive SaaS products is considered an asset.
- Experience building platform capabilities that support multiple customer use cases is a plus.
