This role sits within a high-performing Finance Planning & Analysis team supporting a fast-growing cybersecurity business unit operating across global markets. You will play a key role in turning complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that directly influence strategic decisions, growth planning, and performance optimization. The position blends advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering in a highly data-driven environment. You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve financial visibility and support scalable growth. This is a fully remote role offering exposure to international stakeholders across North America and Europe. It is an ideal opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in analytical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and fast-paced tech environments.
- Lead financial planning activities including rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain advanced financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate performance drivers, market changes, and growth initiatives
- Perform detailed variance analysis by comparing actual results against forecasts and budgets, identifying key business trends and risks
- Develop and monitor core KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn, and EBITDA margins to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Support month-end close processes including accruals, prepaid tracking, and coordination with accounting and business stakeholders
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to translate complex datasets into clear business insights
- Leverage SQL, Excel, and automation tools to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles within a fast-paced or technology-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, automation, and large dataset analysis
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within complex business environments
- Familiarity with data tools, SQL, and modern reporting systems is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional, and globally distributed environment
